Giovanni Angiolini has dedicated over 30 years to mastering every stage of chocolate making — from selecting rare cacao to refining flavor with precision and care. As head of production for a world-leading seed-to-bar maker, he honed the discipline and respect for ingredients that now define Angiolini.
In 2018, he returned to his hometown in Tuscany to found a more personal atelier — one where each batch reflects the character of its cacao and the intent of its maker. Through thoughtfully chosen varieties and a meticulous process, Giovanni crafts chocolate as both an expression of place and an invitation to pause, reflect and savor.
